Description

You will design, configure, and maintain MES solutions to support manufacturing processes and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure MES software to manage process workflows, data collection, and reporting.
• Integrate MES systems with ERP, SCADA, and PLC systems through interface program development.
• Monitor system performance and provide technical support to resolve errors and minimize production downtime.
• Analyze manufacturing data and workflows to automate manual tasks and optimize production cycles.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MES system design or implementation.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, MS-SQL, and Java.
• Experience with database management and performance optimization.
• Ability to design and develop interface programs for equipment automation.
• Strong understanding of production processes and related manufacturing systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and schedules to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
• Working knowledge of automotive industry technology.
