Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for MES implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage change management processes to facilitate user adoption.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate end-user training and establish KPIs to monitor operational efficiency post-implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MES software solutions programming.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools including MS Project, Asana, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and provide status reporting to senior management.
• Experience in risk management and project lifecycle execution.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
