Description

You will manage the implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of MES systems and integrated hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve MES system issues and hardware configurations.
  • Configure and maintain printers, barcode scanners, PBL controllers, carts, and part labels.
  • Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and manage vendor implementation.
  • Test system changes with vendors and plan rollouts with operations teams.
  • Write work instructions, train operations staff, and serve as a Sub-Project Manager for project coordination.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in MES support and implementation.
  • Experience troubleshooting integrated systems including SAP, AIB, HMI, and JIS sequence systems.
  • Proficiency in basic network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to track and control MES device configurations.
  • Experience managing vendor workflows and technical specification documentation.
  • Ability to provide technical support for hardware such as scanners and controllers.
  • Any Graduate degree.
