Description

You will lead the full lifecycle implementation of Siemens Opcenter Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete MES implementation lifecycle using Siemens Opcenter.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and transform business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Design functional solutions by working with stakeholders to articulate complex business processes and resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborate with development and assurance teams to manage functional design, development, and testing for process and integration requirements.
  • Translate solution requirements into technical tasks for the development team to execute.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with MES, MOM, and Camstar.
  • Deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter and Opcenter configuration.
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Opcenter Designer.
  • Hands-on experience with portal form development using Portal Studio.
  • Technical knowledge of integration with Opcenter MIO.
  • Experience managing interfaces between Camstar MES and external applications such as ERP, LIMS, Equipment, and HMI.
  • Strong capability in Opcenter modeling and configuration.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and requirement management.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MuleSoft Middleware.
