MES Operation Analyst

You will support manufacturing workflows through system analysis and technical process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Map intricate manufacturing processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Gather technical requirements to support system improvements and process changes.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational changes.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high accuracy in data and documentation.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Ability to perform SQL querying and work with fundamental database concepts.
• Strong skills in system analysis and detailed process mapping.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is highly desired.
