Description

You will provide product oversight for Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) within the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) program, supporting the full product lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop business process documents, user stories, business case scenarios, and user acceptance test case scenarios.
• Translate business owner needs into detailed, actionable requirements.
• Document database queries to analyze performance indicators and define success criteria for testing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Leads to meet product deliverables.
• Provide training on product knowledge, usage, and implementation via in-person or virtual methods.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Medicaid, Healthcare, or Managed Care environments.
• Expert knowledge of Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management processes and pain points.
• Proficiency in Medicaid, MITA, and CMS frameworks.
• Working knowledge of the CMS MITA Framework across Business, Information, and Technical Architectures.
• Experience with Medicaid applications, specifically within Pharmacy Functional Areas.
• Ability to document database queries for data analysis and performance evaluation.
• Strong ability to interact with cross-functional offices including Privacy, Security, Policy, and Legal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience researching and recommending new product initiatives and current product enhancements.
