Description
You will support the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) project by providing oversight for Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) products and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop business process documents, user stories, business case scenarios, and user acceptance test case scenarios.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Leads to achieve product deliverables.
- Research and recommend the implementation of new product initiatives and current enhancements.
- Translate business owner needs into detailed, actionable requirements.
- Document database queries to analyze performance indicators and evaluate survey data.
- Provide training on product knowledge, usage, and implementation via in-person or virtual methods.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, Healthcare, or Managed Care environments.
- Expert knowledge of Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) processes.
- Experience working with Medicaid applications, specifically within Pharmacy functional areas.
- Understanding of the CMS MITA Framework across Medicaid Business, Information, and Technical Architecture.
- Ability to support the full product lifecycle from conception through implementation.
- Experience interacting with cross-functional offices including Privacy, Security, Policy, and General Counsel.
- Strong ability to define successful criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Product Management environments working alongside Product Managers and Business Leads.
