Description

You will lead MES project implementations from initiation through closure, managing scope, budget, and cross-functional delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources across IT, operations, quality, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Coordinate system configuration, integration, testing, validation, and go-live support.
• Facilitate user training and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing MES implementations.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in developing status reports and risk registers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines.
