Description

Manage Siemens Camstar or Opcenter MES implementations for external clients, owning the full project lifecycle from planning through closing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, requirements documents, and work breakdown structures.
• Manage project scope, financial tracking, RAID logs, and issue lists to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Pre-sales, Engagement Managers, and customers.
• Drive cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and MES project management delivering solutions to external customers.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Camstar or Opcenter MES.
• Proficiency in project management fundamentals including scope management, communication plans, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to track activities against schedules and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing IT domain knowledge including Material Logistics, Quality Inspection, SPC, BOMs, and PLM.
• Manufacturing Controls knowledge involving SCADA, HMI, PLC, OEE, and Historian.
