Description

You will develop and enhance Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software, balancing feature development with system support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features using C#, VB.NET, Web APIs, and ASP.NET.
• Design and implement enhancements while supporting existing systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and document integration points between equipment and MES systems.
• Implement solutions that meet business demands while maintaining technical soundness.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Proven experience with MES systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with messaging technologies including MSMQ, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services and APIs.
• Knowledge of source code management systems such as Git or TFS.
• Strong understanding of relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with application development best practices and SDLC.
• Experience working within a Scrum/Agile framework.
