Description

You will design, develop, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Siemens Opcenter Execution solutions to meet manufacturing and business needs.
• Build and maintain integrations between MES, enterprise systems, and shop floor equipment.
• Implement and support messaging technologies such as MSMQ, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical solutions.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and contribute to project planning and estimates.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing software using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
• Hands-on experience with messaging middleware (MSMQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server), and Git.
• Experience building enterprise applications using RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps/TFS for source control and development tools.
• Experience supporting systems in 24/7 manufacturing or industrial environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution Designer and Portal (formerly Camstar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and automated deployment practices.
