You will manage and support enterprise email infrastructure and messaging services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support AWS SES and Amazon Mail Manager configured for SMTP Relay.
• Manage email retention and archiving protocols.
• Maintain email security and access control configurations.
• Administer messaging systems to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in messaging systems administration.
• Direct experience supporting AWS SES and Amazon Mail Manager.
• Experience configuring SMTP Relay.
• Knowledge of email security and access control.
• Experience with email retention and archiving workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification in messaging systems.
