Description

Lead third-level design and operational support for enterprise messaging technologies and cloud initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute third-level design involving Exchange 2010, Exchange 2016, and Exchange Online.
• Provide 'Follow the Sun' operations support, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.
• Manage problem management and capacity management tasks within the messaging environment.
• Perform systems fault finding, analysis, and remediation.
• Create features and user stories to contribute to SAFe Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Microsoft Exchange Server Infrastructure design, administration, and support experience.
• Experience in enterprise messaging environments and large corporate operations.
• Basic PowerShell scripting capability.
• Knowledge of IT security, navigation, and scripting.
• Ability to coordinate work activities within an Agile framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system remediation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud migrations and the O365 product suite.
