Description

You will manage enterprise Exchange environments and external DNS infrastructure in a 24/7/365 remote capacity based in Canada.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise Exchange environments, including Exchange 2019 and Exchange Online.
• Administer Microsoft DNS, Cloudflare, and Route 53 cloud-based DNS services.
• Debug complex cross-system problems and document root causes and remediation steps.
• Deploy and test automation tools to streamline messaging and DNS operations.
• Lead project engagements and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Exchange environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft DNS and external DNS in an enterprise.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, and RESTful APIs.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory DNS and Sites and Services.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare API for scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, network architecture, HTTP, TLS, and CDN standards.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Intune MDM.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT incident management software.
