You will manage and support core messaging and collaboration platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Outlook, MS-365, and SharePoint environments.
• Provide technical training to users, junior technicians, and IT personnel.
• Manage collaboration tools including WebEx, Skype, and MS Teams.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in messaging or IT administration.
• Microsoft Exchange administration.
• Outlook and MS-365 management.
• SharePoint administration.
• WebEx and Skype support.
• Active Directory management.
• OneDrive administration.
• MS Teams administration.
• PowerShell for task automation.
• Knowledge of current Windows operating systems.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with PowerShell scripting.
