Description

You will manage messaging infrastructure and user access within Exchange and Office 365 environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange and Office 365 sites, managing permissions and user licensing.
• Execute mailbox migrations, including Tenant to Tenant transfers, using appropriate tools.
• Manage user permissions, compliance settings, journaling features, and access group mapping.
• Perform Exchange version updates, security patches, and system updates.
• Coordinate technical responses during global outages and with external service providers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in messaging engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, including room mailbox configuration and user management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for O365 and bulk operations.
• Experience managing user permissions, compliance, and external user access.
• Knowledge of SailPoint.
• Experience performing Tenant to Tenant mailbox migrations.
• Ability to map users to specific access groups and audit permissions.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of SailPoint integration.
