You will manage and optimize messaging and collaboration platforms to ensure secure, efficient communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange (2013, 2016, 2019) and Skype for Business environments.
• Support Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) administration and troubleshooting.
• Implement security policies and ensure compliance with messaging system regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex messaging service issues in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Enhance messaging services to meet evolving business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in messaging systems administration.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Exchange (2013, 2016, 2019) and Skype for Business.
• Strong understanding of SMTP, IMAP, and POP protocols.
• Experience with Active Directory integration with messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, NetApp SAN, and Cohesity backups.
• Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES).
