You will design and architect integrated manufacturing execution and supervisory control systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MES and SCADA solutions using Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre and Inductive Automation’s Ignition.
• Integrate IIoT technologies and manage data collection using SQL and Python.
• Apply ISA95 standards and Industry 4.0 principles to smart manufacturing environments.
• Develop custom logic and automation scripts using C#, Java, C++, or VBA/VBScript.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage software development lifecycles and product management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing systems architecture.
• Expertise in Rockwell FactoryTalk Production Centre (MES).
• Hands-on experience with Inductive Automation’s Ignition.
• Proven ability to implement IIoT integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, C++, and VBA/VBScript.
• Strong SQL server and data analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of ISA95 standards and Lean & Six Sigma.
• Experience with remote access tools including VPN, VDI, and remote connection software.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and Visio for data analysis and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PINpoint MES and Cloud computing solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and modern software development methodologies.
