Description

You will own the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of MES and SCADA systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You act as the primary specialist for process setup, system integration, and new product introduction support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain MES/SCADA systems on plant floors, executing configuration changes and deployments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and execute training plans for new processes.
• Coordinate technical discussions with vendors, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements and manage project timelines.
• Validate system data using SQL Server queries and prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Track and report MES budgets, capital expenses, and project status to management during periodic reviews.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on MES and SCADA systems.
• Deep expertise in process design, system integration, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL Server, and engineering software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB).
• Experience with ERP systems, simulation software, and managing project budgets/resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Systems Engineering.
• Strong ability to lead engineering teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing work environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in Automotive or Truck manufacturing industries.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects and leading new process setups in high-volume environments.
