Description

Manage and document business and technical metadata within the data catalog to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data modelers, report designers, and business stakeholders to collect term names and definitions for new development.
• Document metadata for completed development work in partnership with business and systems experts.
• Populate and maintain business metadata within the data catalog.
• Map business metadata to technical metadata to ensure catalog accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in metadata management or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data catalog tools, specifically Collibra or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
