Description

You will manage and maintain the corporate metadata environment to ensure data integrity and lineage across all domains.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and enforce metadata standards to maintain quality and integrity.
• Implement data lineage strategies and document source-to-target mappings, transformations, and controls.
• Collaborate with data stewards and IT to identify business and technical metadata for critical data elements.
• Design and implement metadata usage and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Develop procedures, workflows, and standard system reports to support metadata management and high data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in metadata management or related data engineering roles.
• Proven experience in development and data quality processes.
• Ability to document complex data models and technical transformations.
• Experience implementing data lineage strategies across multiple information domains.
• Background in supporting metadata distribution and usage across an enterprise.
• Experience with development and data quality tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the insurance industry.
