Description

You will lead new product development from concept through to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new product development process from initial concept to final production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement engineering methods to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for product development and engineering methods.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and utilize 3D modelling to modify designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Development (NPD).
• Proficiency in 3D modelling software including SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
• Hands-on experience with fixture design for production support.
• Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and management.
• Proven ability to conduct feasibility studies and implement process improvements.
• Experience in engineering method implementation and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical Engineering background.
