Description

Manage monthly sprint releases and coordinate between development, QA, and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned scope for monthly sprint releases, tracking feature development and bug fixes from development to release.
• Lead virtual scrum meetings and report unresolved major issues to the Primary Project Manager for Scrum of Scrum escalation.
• Enforce adherence to the program’s release process and manage impediments to ensure teams remain on schedule.
• Facilitate bug resolution between development, QA, and stakeholders during UAT.
• Send release status communications to stakeholders and run reports to monitor sprint metrics and patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Release Management.
• Proficiency with Radar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and set boundaries and rules of engagement between teams.
• Experience managing impediments and tracking sprint status via reporting and metrics.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between Dev, QA, and Operations groups.
• Demonstrated accountability and teamwork in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with DevOps or Infrastructure teams.
