Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate RESTful APIs by collaborating with frontend teams and architects.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability using caching strategies with Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Redis Cache for performance tuning.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Familiarity with API security protocols, specifically OAuth2 and JWT.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems like Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
