You will design, develop, and maintain secure microservices and web services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure object-oriented web services and microservices.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs using gateway technologies and API management solutions.
• Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Implement unit testing and Test Driven Development using mocking frameworks.
• Deploy and maintain applications across AWS, Azure, or private cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Spring Frameworks and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including Oracle and MySQL.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk or DataDog.
• Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with build and CI tools like Maven, Jenkins, or Gradle.
• Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed caches like Redis, Coherence, or Hazelcast.
• Familiarity with search technologies including Apache Solr or ElasticSearch.
