You will administer and manage the organization's Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
- Configure and manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and security policies using Azure AD.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability across Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mail flow, authentication, access, and integrations.
- Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft tools.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in system administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and cloud services.
- Proficiency with Ms Exchange Server (on-premises and hybrid).
- Experience managing Azure AD, including identity and access management concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure and Azure ADF for integrations and data workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in enterprise environments.
