Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists.
Administer Exchange Online, mailbox configurations, mail flow, connectors, and routing.
Troubleshoot Outlook, OWA, mailbox synchronization, and email delivery issues.
Configure and manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for secure email communication.
Manage email archiving, retention policies, Microsoft Purview, eDiscovery, and compliance.
Administer corporate email signatures using Exclaimer, CodeTwo, or similar tools.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, authentication, and access controls.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
Generate reports for licensing, mailbox usage, archive status, and Microsoft 365 services.
Coordinate with Microsoft Support, security teams, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 Administration experience.
Strong experience with Exchange Online and Outlook administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and email protection.
Good PowerShell scripting skills.
Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365 Certifications
