Description

You will support the State of Michigan's Microsoft 365 implementation by monitoring, investigating, recommending, and implementing updates across the M365 environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor updates to Microsoft 365 products within the Government Community Cloud (GCC).
• Analyze the impact of product updates on the SOM M365 tenant in GCC.
• Review product configurations and recommend settings aligned with SOM standards, policies, and licensing.
• Create technical documentation to communicate recommendations or serve as end-user job aids.
• Collaborate with the SOM M365 product team and Microsoft resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Configuration, specifically in Government Community Cloud (GCC).
• 3-5+ years of experience preparing technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to investigate the impact of product change on enterprise M365 implementations.
• Experience configuring and administering M365 products including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, and Forms.
• Experience working with Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
• Any Graduate education level.
