Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement M365 solutions including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Develop role-based access control strategies to manage permissions and maintain security compliance.
• Build AI-driven automation solutions using Power Platform and related Microsoft tools.
• Plan and execute migrations from on-premises systems or other cloud platforms to Microsoft 365.
• Provide Tier 3 support for M365-related issues, resolving complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Expertise in M365 services: Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, security, and compliance features.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell Scripting and automation workflows.
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Bachelor's degree.
