Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and implement end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 collaboration and security platforms, including governance and security-by-design principles.
• Architect identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, including RBAC, Zero Trust alignment, Conditional Access, MFA, device compliance, and risk-based access.
• Design and govern messaging and collaboration capabilities across Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams, including external sharing, guest access, and data governance controls.
• Architect endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, configuration profiles, and application protection policies.
• Design and implement Microsoft Purview information protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoints, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 15 years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture roles.
• DLP and Microsoft 365 (M365) security architecture across collaboration services.
• Exchange Online architecture (including hybrid deployments) and secure mail flow/security configuration.
• Identity and access architecture with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Identity Protection aligned to Zero Trust.
• Endpoint and content collaboration architecture using Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams governance; implement Purview DLP and sensitivity labels for information protection.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert; Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Expert; Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate).
• Automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
• Experience with Defender suite (Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity).
• Experience with multi-geo/global tenant environments and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Integration experience with third-party security tools.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
