Description

You will evaluate, diagnose, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments to resolve sign-on, connectivity, and syncing issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Microsoft infrastructure, configurations, and integrations.
• Analyze user profiles, permissions, and mapping configurations to identify discrepancies or security vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software glitches, connectivity issues, and data inconsistencies.
• Implement fixes and optimizations to improve system performance and data flow.
• Document findings, recommendations, and solutions in reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft Expert, System Analyst, or similar technical role.
• Deep expertise in Windows and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in managing Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and Power Platform.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex networking, domain, and user profile issues.
• Ability to communicate technical findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience and certifications.
