Good to Have Skills: Content Matrix migration tools, Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications, enterprise-scale migration programs experience, Azure services and DevOps practices exposure, tenant-to-tenant migrations experience, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview migrations knowledge, PowerShell scripting for migration automation and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute SharePoint Online migration projects from on-premises SharePoint, file shares, and other collaboration platforms.
• Perform content discovery, assessment, analysis, and migration readiness activities for comprehensive project planning.
• Utilize Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and ShareGate for executing large-scale migration projects efficiently.
• Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Create migration strategies, run pilot migrations, and execute production migrations with proper validation.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize migration performance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement governance, security, permissions, and compliance requirements within Microsoft 365 environment.
• Collaborate with business users and project teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare technical documentation, migration runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for project continuity.

Experience Required: 5–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint technologies with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online migration projects
