Description

You will design, plan, and execute SharePoint Online migration projects from on-premises systems and file shares.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform content discovery, assessment, and migration readiness activities to support comprehensive project planning.
• Utilize Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and ShareGate for executing large-scale migration projects efficiently.
• Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Create migration strategies, run pilot migrations, and execute production migrations with proper validation.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize performance to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint technologies with hands-on SharePoint Online migration experience.
• Proficiency with Quest ODM and ShareGate tools.
• Strong experience in SPFx, Power Platform, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and REST APIs.
• Ability to implement governance, security, permissions, and compliance within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience collaborating with business users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Content Matrix migration tools, enterprise-scale migration programs, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps practices, and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview migrations.
