You will drive digital adoption and manage Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure for clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze new digital technologies to identify business needs.
• Develop and contribute to digital transformation and accessibility strategy roadmaps.
• Upskill client workforce on IT technology using integrated learning strategies.
• Perform user research and analyze data to inform digital initiatives.
• Consult with management on technology solutions for business problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Functional knowledge of Digital Adoption Consulting.
• Experience with Data Analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office and MS Power Platform.
• Experience with Cloud Technology (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in Verbal and Written Communications.
• Familiarity with User Experience Research methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot / AI Large Language Models.

Preferred Skills

• MS O365 Certification.
• Experience with User Experience / Design Thinking.
• Project Management experience.
