Description

You will architect and implement a new Microsoft 365 environment, lead identity migrations, and enforce security policies for a 3,000–5,000 user organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.
• Lead the migration from Active Directory to Entra ID to enable modern identity and access management.
• Automate user lifecycle workflows for onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR and security teams.
• Enforce security policies using Microsoft Defender and Purview, covering DLP, email protection, and endpoint security.
• Execute a Slack-to-Teams migration initiative and resolve escalated service desk tickets.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or Engineer.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for administration and automation.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Proven experience managing environments with 3,000–5,000 users.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.
