You manage, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Configure mail flow, security policies, and support migrations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Hands-on expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity management.
• Strong understanding of user and license management.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and data protection policies.
• Experience providing cloud support and troubleshooting.

• Any Graduate degree.
