Description

You will manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, Active Directory infrastructure, and Azure tenant.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 components including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Administer Active Directory, managing user and group access, security policies, and controls.
• Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable network connectivity.
• Execute Windows and Red Hat Operating System builds, deployments, upgrades, and patch management.
• Monitor system performance and availability while conducting security assessments to protect infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• Extensive experience designing and managing Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and security policy management.
• Hands-on experience with DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Windows and Red Hat Operating System builds and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Azure tenant administration and familiarity with Azure services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• MCSE: Core Infrastructure.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
