Description

You will own the health, security, and infrastructure of the organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview for data classification, sensitivity labels, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Architect and maintain the SharePoint Online environment, managing site collections and permissions.
• Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to mitigate email threats.
• Manage Entra ID, configuring Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Oversee the backup and recovery of critical M365 data using cloud-to-cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing M365 infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and DLP for compliance.
• Proven experience architecting SharePoint Online environments.
• Strong grasp of modern identity management using Entra ID.
• Experience securing Exchange Online environments.
• Proficiency with MDM solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (on-prem AD synced with Entra ID).
• Experience managing M365 software license auditing.
