Description

You manage and troubleshoot the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its core services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot service-related issues across the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Resolve technical issues within the IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
