Description

You will manage and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant environment, overseeing administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. You will configure identity services via Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access, and enforce security and compliance policies using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft Purview. You will plan and execute migrations from on-premises Exchange Server to Exchange Online and automate administrative tasks with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services and tenant configuration.
• Configure identity services, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Implement security and compliance policies using Microsoft Defender and Purview.
• Execute mail migrations from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online.
• Automate administrative workflows and build reporting scripts in PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT administration experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and tenant management.
• Strong proficiency with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience managing Identity and Access in Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of security, email security, and compliance tools.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Azure concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
