Description

You will enable, configure, and support Microsoft AI capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and M365 Agents. This role focuses on platform engineering, integration, and operational support rather than application development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot and related M365 AI capabilities.
• Implement solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents.
• Configure integrations between Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise platforms like ServiceNow.
• Evaluate new Microsoft AI features for enterprise applicability, security, and compliance.
• Create technical documentation, test scenarios, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 Agents.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and configuration.
• Experience integrating M365 services with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform, configuration, and integration issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Background in platform engineering or solution enablement.
