You will design and implement Microsoft 365 integration solutions, translating business requirements into functional system designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into functional and application designs.
• Consult on digital transformation, customer journeys, and functional designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration projects.
• Ensure technology solutions align with specific business requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of business and system integration principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting integration issues.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical designs.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft PowerShell.
• Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
