Description

You will own the Microsoft 365 and Intune engineering portfolio, driving security posture and digital workplace strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance stakeholders to advance security posture and address findings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Manage operational day-to-day ticketing, escalations, and risk registers using Jira.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across the M365 workspace.
• Document best practices and suggest architectural improvements for the digital workplace.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• 7+ years in Solution Engineering.
• Proficient in automation using PowerShell.
• Well-versed in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Strong documentation skills in Jira.
• Comfortable with ITIL processes (Incident and Change Management).
• Excellent communication and global collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years as SME in enterprise mobile device management (Intune, JAMF, AirWatch).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and email security solutions (Proofpoint, Mimecast).
• Agile experience preferred.
