Description

You will manage and maintain global Enterprise Messaging systems, providing technical support for Exchange environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Exchange systems for global users.
• Maintain the stability and performance of Enterprise Messaging systems.
• Perform basic PowerShell scripting tasks to automate routine operations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for messaging infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience maintaining and managing global Enterprise Messaging systems.
• 7+ years of experience administering and supporting Exchange environments.
• 2-3 years of experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 messaging architecture.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex messaging issues.
• Experience with enterprise-scale deployment and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid Exchange configurations.
• Familiarity with security best practices for messaging systems.
