Description

You will own the design, development, and optimization of solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and document computer programs using structured and object-oriented techniques.
  • Collaborate with users to gather requirements for new or modified systems.
  • Develop detailed plans and timelines for system implementation and integration.
  • Develop Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and review sessions.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of work experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
  • 4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • 4 years hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Connectors, and Power Automate.
  • 2 years experience in designing and developing Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.
  • 2 years experience in strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2 years ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • 2 years ability to train and mentor other developers on Power Platform.
  • 1 year experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor.
  • 1 year experience in extending Power Platform and Power Pages using JavaScript and custom plug-ins.
  • 1 year experience understanding Dataverse tables, connectors, and external integrations.
  • 1 year familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform best practices.
  • 1 year understanding of Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
  • 1 year experience with Agile methodologies for Texas state agencies.
  • 1 year prior experience in healthcare or public health environments.
  • 1 year experience with Power Platform mobile apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Apps portals.
