Description

You will manage the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on governance, security, and operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Power Platform administration, including environment lifecycle management, data connectors, and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain security policies, compliance configurations, and data loss prevention across M365 and Power Platform.
• Manage Entra ID accounts, permissions, custom admin roles, MFA, PIM, and RBAC for M365 and Azure resources.
• Optimize M365 cloud services by managing mailbox lifecycles, mail-flow rules, transport policies, and webmail access restrictions.
• Maintain the Power Platform Centre of Excellence toolkit to drive adoption, governance, and visibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in an IT specialist role with strong Microsoft 365 and Windows focus.
• Strong administration experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Deep technical knowledge of M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Entra ID, including identity governance, conditional access policies, PIM, and RBAC.
• Proficiency in implementing data loss prevention (DLP) policies and security configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AvePoint backup platform, e-Discovery, litigation holds, and retention policies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for service management and governance.
