Description

You will lead the development of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for administrative, HR, and business management processes.
• Develop and enhance travel management solutions, including portal enhancements, desk booking, and travel claim support.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with NATO systems (e.g., Oracle ERP) and extend SharePoint/Power Automate tools.
• Automate HR processes and business management workflows, including document management and approval processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for solution enhancements and ensure compliance with Power Platform governance and NATO data protection standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in development.
• Expert proficiency in Power Apps.
• Expert proficiency in Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint environments.
• Understanding of data governance and security models.
• Ability to gather requirements from senior leadership and multinational teams.
