Description

You will lead the development of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions to drive digital transformation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for HR and business management processes.
• Develop travel management solutions, including portal enhancements, desk booking, and travel claim support.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with enterprise systems like Oracle ERP and extend SharePoint/Power Automate tools.
• Automate HR processes and document management workflows.
• Act as SME for solution enhancements and ensure compliance with Power Platform governance and data protection standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Power Apps.
• Expert proficiency in Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint environments.
• Understanding of data governance and security models.
• Ability to gather requirements from senior leadership and multinational teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP integration.
