Description

You will lead Microsoft 365 implementation, upgrades, and configuration initiatives across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune environments.
• Execute on-premises to cloud and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Administer identity management using Azure AD / Entra ID and Azure AD Connect.
• Implement security and compliance solutions using Microsoft Purview, Defender for O365, and DLP policies.
• Automate administration and reporting using PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
• Deep knowledge of Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange configurations.
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration and governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM.
• Ability to provide Tier-3 support for complex authentication, synchronization, and mail flow issues.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications (MS-100, MS-101, MS-203, MS-700).
• Large-scale migration experience (5,000+ users).
• Teams Phone System / Voice Administration.
