You will design, build, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of scalable M365 solutions.
• Provide technical guidance across SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, and Power Platform projects.
• Oversee project development to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Mentor team members to foster technical growth and collaborative problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams architecture.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Copilot.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to lead technical project delivery.
• Strong understanding of M365 security guidelines and best practices.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements for technical implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
